Welcome to GMAP Pro. By purchasing, installing, or using the GMAP Pro desktop software application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the software.

1. Software License & Usage Limits

Subject to these Terms, Atoz Marketing Kit grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use GMAP Pro for your personal or commercial lead generation operations under the following terms:

  • 1 PC Limit: Each license key purchased is strictly valid for installation and operation on a single (1) computer only. Transferring license keys to a new machine requires contacting our support team.
  • Prohibited Actions: You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or decompile the software code.
  • Automatic Updates: We provide free automatic software updates during your license term to ensure compatibility with Google Maps system updates.

2. Fair Data Scraping Compliance

GMAP Pro extracts publicly available data from Google Maps. As the user of the software, you are solely responsible for compliance with local data regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) regarding lead collections and outbound B2B outreach campaigns. **Atoz Marketing Kit assumes no liability for blocks, warnings, or restrictions placed on your IPs or Google accounts** resulting from high-speed scraping queries that exceed reasonable human emulation parameters.

3. Third-Party Web Sites and Services

Our software visits third-party websites linked within maps listings to find public contact emails. We are not responsible for the contents, safety, privacy procedures, or reliability of any third-party websites visited during scraping operations.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights, trademarks, assets, graphics, and code structures of GMAP Pro remain the exclusive property of Atoz Marketing Kit. Google Maps is a trademark of Google LLC. GMAP Pro is an independent scraper application and is not affiliated with, authorized, or endorsed by Google LLC.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The software is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. While we make every effort to release regular software updates to adapt to Google's updates, we do not warrant that the software operations will be uninterrupted or error-free permanently if Google changes its underlying HTML structures.
