1. Local Processing Guarantee (Zero Server Storage)

GMAP Pro is a local desktop scraper utility. It executes searches and pulls public data directly from Google Maps on your machine. We do NOT run external scraping server nodes, and **we do NOT collect, access, upload, or store any of your scraped lead datasets, phone numbers, email lists, or search query logs** on our servers. All scraped data remains 100% locally on your computer inside your exported Excel or CSV files.

2. Information We Collect

While the software operates completely locally, we collect limited billing and licensing metadata when you purchase or register GMAP Pro:

  • Account registration details: Name, email address, and purchase transactions managed by our payment gateway providers.
  • License key validation metadata: During registration, the software validates your license key against a hashed machine identifier to enforce the 1 PC / installation limit.
  • Website forms: Information you submit to our support team via contact forms (name, email, message).
